Splashing out
Flagstone Free Run Sauvignon Blanc
Using tiny parcels of grapes from Robertson and down south in cool Elim, Bruce Jack uses only the free run juice before pressing and captures the essence and zing of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. This results in a fresh zesty succulent Sauvignon with touches of flintstone and delicious Pink Lady Apples with undertones of tropical fruit. Pale straw in colour with lime green round the rim.
