The Flagstone Luxury Competition

Terms & Conditions

• Entry into the Flagstone Luxury Competition (the "Competition") is free.
• The promotion runs from 1 November to 31 December 2011.
• Entries close on 31 December 2011.
• Entries can only be submitted by SMS - to 40658 and must include the words Flagstone Luxury and your name (E.G.Flagstone Luxury John Doe).
• SMSs are charged at R1 per sms.
• Prize:- An indulgent weekend for tow nights for two people at on of three selected 5 Star Hotels in either Elgin, Zimbali or Magaliesburg. The location will be selected once the winner is announced and the hotel closest to the home of the winner is confirmed. Maximum value of prize is R10,000.00, and the prize is NOT transferable for cash.
• The competition is not open to persons under the age of 18 years.
• The Competition is open to all South African residents, except those persons who work for Accolade Wines SA, Flagstone, Fish Hoek, Kumala and Accolade Wine Partners, and their immediate family members, suppliers, and their advertising agencies.
• The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
• The number of entries per person is unlimited.
• By entering the competition, you agree that, if you win, your name and photograph may be used in any press or publicity. This includes (but is not limited to) Flagstone and Fish Hoek Wines websites, leaflets, newspaper advertising, exhibition stands, displays, flyers, etc and any similar subsequent competitions produced by Constellation Wines SA.
• The winner will be chosen automatically based on a random electronic draw by the organisers, whose decisions on all matters is final. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant deemed to be in breach of the rules.
• The winner will be sent notification of their prize on 15 January 2012.
• All systematic SMS entry applications are managed directly through the electronic partners Exactmobile, and no correspondence may be entered into with them on this competition.
