Bruce Jack, Winemaker and Viticulturalist

I grew up in Cape Town and went to UCT for a Politics and English undergraduate, St Andrews University, Scotland for an MLitt and eventually to Adelaide University, Australia, where I studied Oenology and Viticulture. I worked in wine-retail during my university years and then wine marketing, sales and distribution in the UK, before completing my winemaking course. Our year at Adelaide university was the last year to make wine at the famous Roseworthy Campus winery. Before returning home in 1998 I worked in South Australia (Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale), Bordeaux and California (Sonoma).
