About the Facilitators

Gerda Lavin is a movement enthusiast and Yoga Alliance accredited teacher. She believes in the power of women uplifting one another through collective strength and collaboration.

Dr. Mariska, a GP with 9 years in obstetrics and gynecology, now focuses on mental health, personalized wellness, and women’s health challenges, particularly around peri-partum, menopause, and hormonal balance.
