On the nose an intense combination of dried fig, mango, honey as well as hints of passionfruit and granadilla.

The nose follows through on the palate with dried apricots, quinces, almonds and ends with a vibrant, fresh acidity.

Food
Ideally served chilled, this wine pairs well with desserts like a Limoncello semi-freddo with an almond meringue wafer as well as Rooibos and almond infused crème brûlée.
